Regulatory Affairs & Privacy Analyst (Fulltime/Onsite)
This Position is responsible for the implementation of the Corporate Compliance Work Plan, the Privacy Program, and system-wide education. Ensures compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures, and institutional operating procedures relating to privacy and other regulatory affairs by performing audits, educational sessions, and providing guidance on system-wide policies. The position will conduct training, investigations and audits.

Experience Requirements: 1 Year Related Position Experience Required – In Auditing And/Or Government Health Plan Programs And 3 Years Compliance In Healthcare And Project Management Preferred
Education Required: Associate's Degree Business Administration Or Healthcare Or Related Field Required – And Bachelor's Degree Business Administration Or Related Field
Preferred Licensure/Certification Requirements: Certified in Healthcare Compliance And/Or Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance
Preferred Hours of Work: 8-5 M-F Onsite
